Bryant Prieto [pre-eh-toe] is a bilingual mental health therapist, proficiently speaking both English and Spanish languages. He is licensed in the state of Arkansas, and is also owner of New Leaf Behavioral Health, established July of 2017, and conveniently located and contracted with Stonehaven Behavorial Health & Wellness.

 

He received his Master of Science in 2016 at John Brown University, completing the Dual Track program in Marriage and Family Therapy and Community Counseling. He has been working in the mental health field since 2013, and is experienced in treating a variety of mental health and behavioral concerns. He is passionate about meeting clients where they are in life, providing them with support, guiding them through their process, giving them the tools for success, and strengthening the support systems in their lives in order to help them meet their therapeutic goals and objectives and bring out the best version of themselves.

 

He encourages clients to explore and process emotions, thoughts, and experiences, considering social/cultural differences, and implementing appropriate approaches in order to alleviate/resolve distress.
